AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheclinical efectsof high-precisiontranscranial directcurent stimulation（tDCS）onpatients withchronicinsomnia.Methods：Atotalof14patientswithchronicinsomniawhowere treatedindepartmentofrehabilitationof Zouping Central Hospitalfrom March2023 to November2O23 were selectedastheresearchobjectHigh-precisiontDCS was used fortreatment，andPitsburgh SleepIndex Scale（PSQI）scoreswerecomparedbeforetreatment，1O treatmentsand1monthafter treatment.Results：TheSQItotalscoresofpatientsbeforetreatment，1Otreatmentsandlmonthaftertreatmenthadsignificant difference （ P<0.05 ）. Sleep quality，time to fall asleepand daytime dysfunction scores were significantly improved before treatment，1O treatments and 1 month after treatment（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： High-precision tDCS can improve sleep quality，sleep timeand daytimefunction inpatientswith sleepdisorders.Itcanprovide importantreferenceandrealdatasupportforthefuture clinical intervention of patients with new choice，which is worthyof continuous clinical promotionand appication.
