Effects of Comprehensive Intervention on Sleep Quality in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheefectsofcomprehensive interventiononsleepqualityinpatientswithpulmonarytuberculo sis.Methods：Atotalof80casesof pulmonary tuberculosis patientsadmited tohospitals fromApril2023toApril2O24 wereselectedandequalldivided intotwogroups with4O cases ineachgroupacording torandom numbertablemethod.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinenursing interventions，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedcomprehensiveinterventions.Theevaluationincluded visible nursing evaluationsand sleepquality.Results：After intervention，theobservationgroupshowedahigherdegeof optimizationineachnursinglinkandtheimplementationofrelatednursing workcomparedtothecontrolgroup.Thestatisticalindicators showed that the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）.After the intervention，the correction of patients‘bad sleep habitsandthescores diferencesofvarious sleepindicators beforeandafterthe interventioninthestudy groupwere higher than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Comprehensive intervention can be adjusted individually based on the sleep conditions exhibited by tuberculosis patients，and the nursing efects are significant.
