Impacts of High-quality Intervention Guidedby Theory of Timeliness Sensitive Incentives on the Sleep Quality in Patients after Finger Replantation and Release Surgery

AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheimpactsofhigh-qualityinterventionguidedbythetheoryof timelinessincentivesonthe sleepqualityinpatientsafterfingerreplantationandreleasesurgery.Methods：Atotalof12Opatientshounderwentfingerreplantationandreleasesurgeryatthe HandandFot SurgeryDepartmentofLiaocheng Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine fromFebruary 2O23 to February 2O24 wereselectedas thestudy subjects.They wererandomlydivided intoacontrol groupandan observation group，with 6O patients ineach group，using arandomnumber table method.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursing intervention，whiletheobservationgroupwasadditionallyprovidedwithoptimizednursinginterventionguidedbytheTimeliness incentive theory.Theself-madeorthopedicpatient exercisecompliance scale wasused to evaluatethehandfunctionexercisecomplianceintwo groups.The self-eficacyscale（GSES）wasusedtoevaluate theself-effcacyofthetwo groups，andthePittsburgh Sleep Index（PSQI）wasused tocompare thechanges insleepqualitybeforeandafterintervention.Results：Afterintervention，the complianceandself-eficacyGSESscoresofhandfunctionexerciseinboth groupsofpatients weresignificantlyimproved，andthe observationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup.Thediferencebetweenthetwogroups wasstatisticallysignificant （ P<0.05 ）.After treatment，the PSQI scores ofboth groups of patientsdecreased，and thePSQI scores of the observation group were significantlylower thanthoseofthecontrol group.Thediferences betweenthetwogroups were statisticallysignificant（ P< 0.05）.Conclusio：Underthgudanceofthetheoryoftimelinessincentives，igqualityinterventionscansignificantlyiprove thehandfunctionandexercisecomplianceofpatientsafterfingereplantationandreleasesurgeryhileehancingtheirslficacy and improving their sleep quality.
