AbstractObjective：Toanalyze theefectsof sleep interventioncombined with psychological supports in ICUconscious patients.Methods：Atotalof1OO ICUconscious patients whoreceived treatmentat Jinjiang CityHospitalfromJune2023 to November 2O24 weredivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupthrough therandomnumbertable method，with 5O patientsineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinetreatmentandnursing，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedsleepinterventionand psychologicalsupportssiultaneously.Thepsyhologicalstresnietyandsleepquaityetweentogroupsreo pared using CPSS，STAI and RCSQ.Results：Theobservation group had lower CPSS and STAI scores thanthecontrolgroupafter intervention（ P<0.05 ）. The proportion of poor sleep quality during ICU hospitalization in observation group was lower than that in control group （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Sleep intervention combined with psychological supports can alleviate psychological disorders and sleep problems in ICU conscious patients.
