[Abstract]Asartificial intellgence （AI）andbigdatatechnologies drive innovation inthe sports industry，cultivating compound talents with both data literacyand sports science capabilities has becomecrucial.This article employsresearch methods such as literature review，focusing onthe core pathways for practical ability cultivation.It proposes strategies including interdisciplinary curiculumrestructuring，school-enterprisecollborative innovation，and technologyscenario empowerment.By analyzing the shortcomings of the current physical education system in terms of subject integration， practical platforms，and teacher structure，and combining examples of smart campus construction and AI technology applications，itdemonstratesthe efectivenessofacultivation modelcenteredon"data-driven+scenariopractice";The research finds that dynamic evaluation systems，personalized teaching plans，and policy support are key elements in promoting high-quality talent development.
