體教融合下籃球人才培養(yǎng)的制度困境與突破路徑

[Abstract] Basedonthe methodof literaturereviewandlogicalanalysis，this paper focusesontheinstitutional dilemma andbreakthrough path of basketballtalent training in the contextofthe policyof integrating sports andeducation.The study found thatthe current basketballtalent training in China is facing thecore institutional difficulties suchas the department collaborative barriers，the separation of the competition system，the depening of the contradiction between learning and training，and the lagging selection mechanism.To address the above issues，the following breakthrough pathsareproposed：opening upchannels for departmental resource integrationand breaking down institutional bariers; It refactors thecompetitionsystem topromote talent mobilityandactivate thecompetition eficiency; Itinnovates the learningand training mode to guarantee thecomprehensive development and resolve the dual contradictions between learning and training; Itempowers material selection with technology，improving material selection accuracy，and optimizing talent reserves.
