[Abstract] The middleand long distance running events haveextremely highrequirements for athletes'physiological limits andtechnical economy.Precision training is thecore path to maximize individual potentialand minimizetheriskof sports injuries.Its traditionaltrainingsystemmainlyconsistsofendurancerunningtrainingatdiferentspeeds,technicalmovement training to improve gait,specializedstrength training to enhance muscle groups,and stretchingand relaxation training to promote recovery.The integrationof artificial inteligence technology provides technicalsupport for precise training.This article constructs a precise training strategy framework:optimizing endurance loads with physiological monitoring equipment; analyzing running technique posture via dynamic capture devices; enhancing the effectivenessof specialized force deployment by using force measurement equipment; guiding the regeneration process ofthe body based on the restoration evaluationequipment.Theresearch providesasystematicbasisand practical pathforconstructingascientific, efficient, and personalized inteligent training systems for middle and long distance running.
