Abstract:Abstract:Since thecomprehensivecancelationofpollution-freeagricultural productcertificationand the vigorous developmentof green certification,the scaleof green food production has developed rapidly.However,the promotionsystem forgren food production technology hasnotyet beenestablished,andthecurrentcontradiction between gree food supervisionand green food production technology is prominent.In thispaper,through the green foodstandardsystemandNationalfoodsafetystandard-Maximumresiduelimitsforpesticidesinfood(GB2763- 2021)aswellasNational foodsafetystandard Maximumresidue limits for112 pesticides in food(GB2763.1-2022) related to watermelon,the multi-angleand multi-dimensional screening,inductionand analysis wereconducted with the dataofChina Pesticide Information Network,aiming to provide reference for thecompliantscientific use of applicable pesticides in green food watermelon production.
