-1</sup>FA(F0) 、干早 +400mg?L<sup>-1</sup>FA(F4) 、干旱 +800mg?L<sup>-1</sup>FA(F8)4 個處理,測定其形態(tài)指標、抗旱生理指標以及果實性狀、產量和品質。結果表明,干旱脅迫下番茄生長、抗氧化酶活性以及果實產量和品質均受到嚴重抑制,而噴施 400mg?L<sup>-1</sup>FA 后,其株高、莖粗較FO分別顯著增加 13.56% 和 30.25% ,超氧化物歧化酶、過氧化物酶和過氧化氫酶活性分別顯著提升 15.68%.42.22% 和 56.47% ,丙二醛含量顯著降低 32.61% 且果實產量、番茄紅素含量、維生素C含量和可溶性蛋白含量較FO分別顯著提升 44.55%?86.97%?28.07% 和19.80% ,糖酸比顯著升高 128.22% ,礦質元素Ca、Mg、K、Fe、Zn含量較FO分別顯著提高 25.02%.18.57%.19.34% ,30.34% 和 34.65% 。綜上,本試驗條件下,噴施 400mg?L<sup>-1</sup>FA 能促進干旱及半干旱條件下番茄生長,并提高果實產量,改善品質。研究結果為缺水地區(qū)節(jié)約灌溉用水及設施種植水果型番茄提高產量與改善品質提供了有效策略。-龍源期刊網" />

Effects of fulvic acid on tomato growth, fruit yield and quality under drought stress

Abstract:To investigate theefectsoffulvicacid(FA)ontomato growth,fruit yield,andqualityunderdroughtstre, Provence tomato plants were cultivated inasolar grenhouse.Four treatments were established:Normal irigation(CK), drought +0mg?L-1 FA(FO), drought +400mg?L-1 FA(F4), and drought +800mg?L-1 FA(F8).Morphological indices, drought-resistantpyiologicalparameters,fruitcharacteristics,yield,ndqualityereaesd.Theresultseostrat ed that droughtstressseverelyihbitedtomatogrowth,antioxidantenzymeactivity,fruityield,andquality.Folarpplication of 400mg?L-1 FA significantly increased plant height and stem diameter by 13.56% and 30.25% versus FO,respectively. Superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT) activity increased by 15.68% , 42.22% ,and 56.47% ,while MDA content decreased by 32.61% .Fruit yield and lycopene,vitamin C,soluble protein content rose by 44.55% , 86.97% , 28.07% ,and 19.80% versus FO,respectively,with sugar-acid ratio increasing significantly 128.22% : Mineral Ca,Mg,K,Fe,Zncontent increased by 25.02% 18.57% , 19.34% 30.34% ,and 34.65% versus FO,respectively. Insummary,under the experimental conditions,foliar application of 400mg?L-1 FA enhanced tomato growth and increased fruit yield while improvingqualityparameters underbotharidandsemi-aridconditions.Thesefindings provide aneffctive approach forreducing irigation water consumption andenhancing yieldandqualityoffacility-grown fruit-type tomato in water-scarce region.
