Abstract： Using virus-freeseedlingsof the new drought-resistant and high-starch processing potato variety Mengwushu No.6asexperimental material，this study investigatedtheeffectsofdiferentcultureveselsonthegrowthof variety virus-free seedlings，screened theeffectiveconcentrationof Yipeilong bacteriostaticagent forbacterial contamination control，andexploredthesuitableinductionmethodforcontainerpotatoofthisvariety.Theresultsshowedthat the virus-free seedlings in the fullautomatic plastic square box were more robust， with improved photosynthetic efficiency and stronger growth potential.This treatmentcould increase the multiplicationcoeficientofpotatovirus-free sedlings， which was superiortothe glassbotle culture.The most suitableconcentrationof Yipeilong forpreventing bacterial contamination in Mengwushu No.6was 0.20% .Therapid induction culture method forin vitro potato tubersisas follows：Solid medium（seedling- strengthening stage： MS+30g?L-1 sucrose+6 g?L-1 carrageenan） + liquid medium（container potato induction stage： MS+80g ·Lsucrose +500mg?L-1 chlormequat chloride+5 mg L-1 6- benzylaminopurine）.The resultsofthis studynotonlylayatechnicalfoundationfortheindustrializationdevelopmentofMengwushuNo.6，butalso provide a reference for research on similar potato variety.
