Abstract: Inorder to promote thedevelopmentpurple-orange Chinesecabbageand provide reference forvariety breedingand germplasmresource innovation purple-orange Chinese cabbage,the 35 horticulture traits 34 purple-orange Chinesecabbagesamples wereinvestigatedonphenotypic identification horticulturaltraits,geneticvariation,correlationanalysis,and SSR genetic diversityanalysis.Theconsistency between the clusteringresults the phenotypic traits andprincipalcomponents,aswellas molecularwas compared.Theresultsareasfollows:Thecoefficientvariation 19 quantitative traits ranged from 11.21% to 81.03% ,with the highest coefficient variation observed in the longitudinal diameterleafyhead,indicatingasignificantbreedingpotentialforleafyheadheight;Thecoeicientvariationfor16 quality traits ranges from O to 56.30% ,with the highest coefficient variation for cotyledon color,followed by outer leaf color.Meanwhile,thecoefficientsvariationforleafmargincurvature,gloiness,midribcolor,leafveinfreshness,nd leaf vein purple at the seedling stage were all greater than 34% ,indicating that the pure lines had high potential for appearanceimprovement.Relevantanalysis showed thattheleafheadheight,leafheadwidth,lengththebiggestouterleaf, width thebiggest outerleaf,length shorted stem,the lengththe middle riband the number outerleaves are the mainrelated traitsaffecting plant grossmassandhead massAtthesametime,thenumberheadingleaveshaveasignificant impact on head mass.Cluster analysis showed that the results phenotypic trait clustering were 55.9% consistent with principal component clustering,and the results phenotypic trait clustering and SSR molecular marker clustering were hardlyconsistent.Therefore,phenotypic variation and SSR markers should be considered inthe identification and evaluation crop germplasm resources.
