Investigation and evaluation of the diversity of macrofungal resources in Huaxi District， Guiyang City

Abstract：TofurtherclarifythemacrofungalbiodiversityinHuaxiDistrict，Guiyang Cityareconnaissancesurveyand analysis of macrofungalresources in Huaxi District wereconducted，anda total of 6O7 specimens were identified using morphlologicaland molecular biologymethods.Theresultsshowedthatthere wereatotalof224 macrofungal species classified into2phyla，8classes，19orders，55 families，and123 genera.Amongthem，thedominantfamilies wereRusulaceae，Polyporaceae，Amanitaceae，Psathyrellaceae，Omphalotaceae，and Marasmiaceae，accountingfor 41.52% of the total species.Theominantgraicudedussula，Amanita，uillus，ametes，rasmisndAuricularia，oting for 27.23% of the total species.There were 38 edible species，30 medicinal species，30 dual-purpose（edibleand medicinal）species，nd30poisonous species.Intermsofregionaldistribution，theworlddistributionwerethemainone，accounting for 55.28% of the totaol genera.There were1Vulnerable（VU） species，3Near Threatened（NT）species，11Least Concer（LC）species，and 4 species endemic to China.These findings provide scientific basis for the conservation and sustainable utilization of macrofungal resources in this region.
