Effects of Trichoderma straw degradation solution on soil ecological structure of watermelon continuous cropping

Abstract：To explore the soil improvement methods for continuous watermeloncropping，the soil forcontinuous Watermeloncroppingwastreatedwithactinomycetesstrawdegradationsolution.Four treatments，namelyCK，straw（J），actinomycetes（F），and straw+actinomycetes（JF），weresetup.The effects ofdiferenttreatments onsoil chemicalproperties，enzymeactivities，microbialcontent，andthe growthanddevelopmentof watermelonseedlings were determinedand analyzed.High-throughput sequencing wasconductedondiferent treated soils tostudy the changes in their microbial community structure.Theresults showed that compared with CK，the pH，organic mater content，REDOX enzyme（urease，nvertase，catalase）activityndbacterialcountof thesoil treatedwithJFweresignificantlyincreased，whilehefungal countwassignificantlydecreased.ComparedwithCK，treatmentsJ，F(xiàn)andJFsignificantlyenhancedtherichessof soil microbialcommunities，andthediferentiationoffungalandbacterialcommunities inthefourtreatmentswasrelatively obvious.Compared with theCK，JandFtreatments，theJFtreatment significantly increased the strong seedling indexof watermelonsedlings.ItisspeculatedthatCladosporium，Trichoderma，Bacillusandactinomycetesworktogetherto improvethe soil ecological structureof watermelon continuous croppng.Theresearch resultsprovide theoretical basis and practical support forsoil improvement in continuous watermelon cropping and the healthyand sustainable development of the watermelon industry.
