Abstract:Theconceptof“vocation”emergednotbychanceduringthetransitionfromthefeudalhierarchicalsocietytomodern bourgeoissocietyinteWest.Terearemainlytwoticalideasintisoncept:teoistatallvocatiosarequalinteesfGod, whichunderiesthesacrednessoftefeudalrulinglassteothrisathumanvocationsaretearrngeentsofGodtatteymust obey，whichempowerscapitalismtoalienatehumansintowork-onlymachnes，distortinghumannatureandvalues.Inthiscase，the capitalist system inevitably leads to human alienation.
