On Ideological Guidance Strategies for New Social Strata from the Perspective of Social Integration

政黨執(zhí)掌國家政權(quán)后，要通過政治、經(jīng)濟、法律、思想文化等方式把集中起來的階級意志上升為國家意志，整合各方面的利益，減少不同階級、階層、集團和群體之間的矛盾與沖突，實現(xiàn)國家意志統(tǒng)一、行動一致，這就是執(zhí)政黨的社會整合功能。（剩余10680字）
