Abstract：Thedialecticalrelationshipbetweenknowledgeandaction isoneof thecontentsofancient Chinesephilosophy.Wang Fuzhis“ViewofKnowedgeandAtion”inheritstheessenceoftraditioalCofucianism，and，onthebasisofcriciingthedealistic ideas f Neo-ConfucianismintheSongandMing Dynasties，proposesaninnovative theoryof“knowledgeandactioncomplementeach other"，formingthesiplemateralist“VewofKnowledgeandction”inCina.Telgicalsis，oreraitsthoreticalioatiad moralsentimentofWangFuzhi’s“ViewofKnowledgeandActionfersvaluableinsightsforhighereducation：（1）cultivatingstudents thinkingofemphasingactio；（2）facilitatingstudents’selffltiontofulfilltheoaleducationfunctio；（3）evelopinsdts social' responsibility and sense of duty.
