Abstract:TheAtention Economy，anew businesspracticeinthedigitaleconomy，conforms toandfolowstheunifiedlawof positiveandngativefectsinpractice，andplaysothpositivendnegativeefectsonpromotingcommonprosperityInitspositive aspects，teetioEonoyivsteprofeiosndcialgroupsanesindiiduals’digialskilldInteieacy fostersinovativetinkingndbusinssawareness，improvesresourceutilationrivesrapdeconomicgrowth，promotesiustrial restructurng andupgrading,andstimulates economicdevelopment inbothurbanandruralareas.However，fromtheperspectivesof nature，society，economyspirit,andculture,theAtentionEconomyalsoposescertainnegativefectsotherealizationofcomon prosperityTereforeinodertaxizetheitsddthofteetioEcooyitisarytoieeath fromsixaspts:calsptntelalosiioalprtgalsptalsptdl and cultural support.
