基于OptiStruct的排氣系統(tǒng)隔熱罩形貌優(yōu)化設(shè)計

摘 要:以某車型排氣系統(tǒng)隔熱罩設(shè)計為例,使用OptiStruct軟件建立仿真模型,對隔熱罩的一階固有頻率進(jìn)行分析,對分析后的結(jié)果通過增加加強(qiáng)筋的方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,同時考慮工藝性和制造成本,優(yōu)化加強(qiáng)筋的分布,最后對優(yōu)化的數(shù)據(jù)重新進(jìn)行校核,對比優(yōu)化前的模型,結(jié)果表明:一階固有頻率大幅度提升,滿足設(shè)計要求。

Shape Optimization Design of Exhaust System Heat Shield Based on OptiStruct

Abstract:Taking the design of a vehicle exhaust system heat shield as an example, the simulation model was established by using Optistruct software to analyze the first-order natural frequency of the heat shield. The analysis results were optimized by adding stiffeners. At the same time, considering the manufacturability and manufacturing cost, the distribution of stiffeners is optimized. Finally, the optimized data is checked. Compared with the model before, the results show that the first-order natural frequency was greatly improved to meet the design requirements.

1 引言
排氣系統(tǒng)的作用是從發(fā)動機(jī)處導(dǎo)出廢氣,使廢氣對環(huán)境的影響達(dá)到可接受的水平,同時保證高溫廢氣不影響整車的安全[1]。(剩余3782字)
