摘 要：本文簡(jiǎn)單引入了六西格碼的概念、流程及其追求持續(xù)改善的核心內(nèi)容。通過運(yùn)用六西格碼思路對(duì)車輛跑偏問題進(jìn)行了初步分析，明確了問題改進(jìn)的方向，最終為問題得以解決或控制提供了有力支撐。

Analysis of Vehicle Deviation Based on Six Sigma

Abstract：This article briefly introduces the concept and process of Six Sigma and the core content of pursuing continuous improvement. Through the use of Six Sigma train of thought to the vehicle deviation problem preliminary analysis， the study makes the direction of problem improvement clear， and ultimately solves or controls the problem by providing a strong support.

1 引言

本論文研究的目的在于：結(jié)合六西格碼質(zhì)量管理工具的優(yōu)勢(shì)，通過車輛跑偏實(shí)際問題的改進(jìn)分析案例，初步構(gòu)建基于六西格碼工具的問題解決質(zhì)量模型，建立以追求零缺陷生產(chǎn)，防范產(chǎn)品責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，降低成本，提高生產(chǎn)率和市場(chǎng)占有率，提高顧客滿意度和忠誠(chéng)度為核心的管理方法。（剩余2679字）
