基于四連桿機構(gòu)原理汽車后備箱衣帽架設(shè)計

摘 要：本文主要介紹了一種根據(jù)四連桿機構(gòu)工作原理設(shè)計的汽車后備箱可翻折衣帽架的方法，在文中，作者巧妙地將四連桿機構(gòu)原理運用到衣帽架設(shè)計過程中，將尾門轉(zhuǎn)動軸、衣帽架轉(zhuǎn)動軸、尾門拉繩、衣帽架主體分別等同于機架、連架桿和連桿。通過計算分析和3D建模完成一套衣帽架的設(shè)計，經(jīng)過實車驗證，設(shè)計結(jié)果可行且可靠。

Car Trunk Coat Rack Design Based on the Principle of Four-bar Linkage

Abstract：This paper mainly introduces a kind of design according to the working principle of four bar linkage of car boot， which can fold the clothes tree method. This paper skillfully applies principle of four bar linkage to clothes tree in the process of design， the tail gate axis of rotation， clothes tree axis of rotation， the tail gate clothes tree with a rope， subject respectively equivalent frame， even the rod and connecting rod. Through calculation analysis and 3D modeling， the design of a set of clothes rack is completed after the actual vehicle verification， and the design results are feasible and reliable.

1 引言

衣帽架是一些MPV、SUV、兩廂轎車等車型的標準配置零件（如圖1所示），其作用是將汽車尾廂空間進行分割。（剩余1822字）
