人才評價機制改革背景下理工類高校高層次人才引進研究

摘 要：吸引世界一流人才是世界一流大學(xué)迅速發(fā)展、崛起的關(guān)鍵舉措，新時代人才評價機制改革對理工類高校科技人才的引進提出新的要求，各高校在人才隊伍建設(shè)方面開展了積極探索。在分析當(dāng)前理工類高校人才引進存在的問題和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對做好新時代理工類高校人才引進工作進行了探索與研究。

Abstract：Attracting firstrate talents is a key measure for the rapid development and rise of worldclass universities.Greater demands have been placed on the talent introduction in science and engineering universities，under the talent evaluation systems reform in the new era.Various universities have actively explored personnel system reform and talent team building.On the basis of analyzing the problems and challenges in talent introduction in current science and engineering universities，exploration and research has been conducted on the present talent introduction work.
