多重驅(qū)動、開放融合的計算機(jī)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)探索與實(shí)踐

摘  要：提出一種開放融合的計算機(jī)專業(yè)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式。面向人才需求持續(xù)快速變化，建立與之適配的敏捷課程體系，構(gòu)建“產(chǎn)出導(dǎo)向”的人才培養(yǎng)途徑，提高培養(yǎng)成效。深度校企合作，以行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)為引領(lǐng)示范，以“新興科技向教育資源轉(zhuǎn)化”為主線建設(shè)可推廣優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，形成可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生態(tài)體系。

Abstract： An open and integrated training mode for applied talents of computer specialty is proposed. Facing the continuous and rapid changes of talent demand， a suitable agile curriculum system is established and an OBE based talent training approach is proposed in order to improve the training effect. It has established a deep industry university cooperation led by leading enterprises in the industry， taking "the transformation of emerging science and technology into educational resources" as the main line， and established a sustainable education ecological system.
