Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards, the attntion to food quality and safety is increasing day byday.Food testing,as an important means offood qualitycontrol,plays an ireplaceable role in ensuring consumer health and maintaining market order.This article systematically explores the current application status offood testing technology,analyzes the problems in food quality control basedon food testing,and proposes a series of optimization strategies and suggestions aimed at strengthening food testing,improvingthe level of food quality control, and ensuring food safety.
