Abstract: Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region belongs to a multi-ethnic settlement area with rich and diverse ethnic minority food culture.This article explores the path of inheritance and innovative development of ethnic minority food culture in Guangxi. With the acceleration of modernization, ethnic minority food culture is facing chalenges such as inheritance gaps and foreign cultural impacts.Exploring efective inheritance and innovation strategies isof great significance for protecting cultural diversity,enhancing ethnic identity,and promoting local economic development.
