Analysis of Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Microbial Detection and Key Control Points

Abstract: In this paper, the key factors affecting the accuracy of the results in the process of food microbial detection are systematically analyzed,including sample colection and pretreatment, personnelcapacity, equipment performance,environmentalconditions and detection methods,etc.,and the control points such as standardizing the operation process,strengthening personnel training,optimizing equipment management,strict environmental control and reasonable selectionmethods are proposed, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the reliability of the detection results.
