Analysis of Monitoring Results of Chemical Pollutants and Hazardous Factors in Commercially Sold Food in Anqiu City from 2023 to 2024

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the contamination of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food sold in Anqiu city from2023 to 2O24,and provide atheoretical basis forfood safety supervision.Method: A total of13 major types offood sold in Anqiu city werecolected for monitoring of chemical pollutantsand harmful factors,and statistical analysiswasconducted.Result:among the156 samples,10 were found tobeoverthe limit,withanoverall over-limit rate of 6.41% ; among the 4030 test items, the detection rate was 21.07% ,and the over-limit rate was 2.88% there were statistically significant diferences in the detection rates among different food categories and monitoring items.Conclusion: Thecontamination of chemical polutants and harmful factors in food sold in Anqiu city is relativelylow,buttherearestillover-limit situations.Itisrcommendedthatfoodregulatoryauthoritiesstrengthen supervision to ensure food safety.
