Quality Control Issues in Food Safety Testing and Strategies for Improvement

Abstract: This paper systematically analyzes the quality control problems existing in the aspects of testing technology,personnel ability,standards and specifications,and supervisionand management in food safety testing, and proposes targeted improvement strategies.The analysis shows that the accuracy and credibility ofthe test results can be effectively improved by optimizing the testing technology and equipment, strengthening personnel training, promoting the unification of standards and improving the supervision mechanism,and provide theoretical support for the construction of a modern food safety assurance system.
