Application of LC-MS Combined Technology in Pesticide Residue Detection of Agricultural Products

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards,their demand for agricultural products has also increased. However, some practitioners may use excesive pesticides or apply pesticides improperly during the process of planting agricultural products,resulting in pesticide residues that seriously affect consumers’physical health and daily life.Therefore,the detection of pesticide residues inagricultural products helps practitioners to use pesticides reasonably,reduce the negative impact of excesive use on cropquality and consumer health,and promote the sustainable development of agricultural products.Among various pesticide residue detection technologies in agricultural products,liquid chromatography-massspectrometry (LC-MS) is a method that combines liquid chromatographyand mass spectrometry.Due to itsability to handlecomplex organic mixtures,itis widely used in fields sch as drug analysis and fod analysis.Therefore,this article studies the application and promotion strategy of LC-MS combined technology in pesticide residue detectionofagricultural products,in order to prevent agricultural products with excesive pesticide residues from entering the market and protectconsumers'health rights and interests.
