Research on Optimization of Food Safety Traceability System Based on Blockchain Technology
-A Case Study ofFresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain

Abstract: With the increasing demand for food safety among consumers,traditional traceability systems have exposed deficiencies such as information silos and low effciency in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products. To this end,this study takes blockchain technology asthe core based on the fresh agricultural product supply chain, systematically discuses the application advantages and existing problems of blockchain technology in food safety traceability,and proposes aseriesoffeasible solutions,including developing modular interfaces and cross chain protocols, promoting low-cost cloud services and sharing models,introducing privacy enhancement technology and permission management, inorder to provide practical reference for the digital transformation of the supplychain and promote the optimization and upgrading of the food safety traceability system.
