Abstract: In recent years,there have been frequent campus food safety problems. The colege canteen is the mainplacefor teachersand students toeatdaily,andfoodsafety is relatedtothe health of teachers and students and the harmony and stabilityof the campus.The college canteen fod safety management processinvolves procurement and storage,cooking and processing,food sampling,and other key links,the traditionalcanteen supervision often reliesonmanualinspection,wichisinefcientandpronetoloopholes.Curently,bigdataandarticialintellience hashadasignificant impactonthe developmentofthefood safety industry.Therefore,itis necessary to combine intelligent information technology to strengthen the supervision of food safety information in coleges.In summary, this article provides an in-depth discussion of the specific application scenarios and impacts of big data and artificial intelligence technologies inthemanagement modeofcollegecanteen,aswellasthechallengesof artificial intelligence and big data in the application of college canteen management.
