摘 要:在大數(shù)據(jù)快速發(fā)展進(jìn)程下,肉制品安全質(zhì)量管理逐漸融入大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)等信息技術(shù)方式,有效提高了禽畜肉制品安全質(zhì)量管理操作水平。為了適應(yīng)當(dāng)前食品安全質(zhì)量大數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)型管理要求,本文對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下肉制品安全質(zhì)量管理策略進(jìn)行研究。

Abstract: With the rapid development of big data, the safety and quality management of meat products is gradually integrated into information technology methods such as big data technology, which effectively improves the operation level of safety and quality management of livestock and meat products. In order to adapt to the transformation management requirements of the current food safety quality big data, this paper studies the meat product safety and quality management strategy under the big data environment.

近年來,我國(guó)食品行業(yè)取得了前所未有的發(fā)展,2022年上半年全國(guó)規(guī)模以上食品企業(yè)工業(yè)保持著持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的態(tài)勢(shì),增加值同比增長(zhǎng)4.1%,其中農(nóng)副食品加工業(yè)增加值同比增長(zhǎng)3.3%,食品制造業(yè)增加值同比增長(zhǎng)4.1%。(剩余4439字)
