Clinical ObservationofNewStoneNeedle TherapyCombinedwithWestern Medicinein Treating54CasesofIschemicStroke

Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalefectofnewstoneneedletherapycombinedwithwesternmedicineinthetreatmentof ischemicstroke.Methods108patients withschemicstrokeinourhospitalweredividedintotwogroupsbyrandomnubertable method.Fifty-fourcasesinthecontrol groupweretreated withconventional westernmedicine，and54casesintheobservation groupwere reatedwithnewstoneneedletherapyBothgroupsweretreatedcontinuouslyfor2weks.NeurologicalDefiScale（NIHSS），modifiedBarthel index（MBI），linicaleficacyandadversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsAfter treatment，NIHSSscoreofobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatofcontrol group，MBIscorewashigherthanthatofcontrolgroup （ P<0.05 ）. The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （ P<0.05 ）. No obvious adverse reactionswereobservedinthetwogroups.Conclusion Thenewstonenedletherapycombined withwestemmedicineisefectiveinthe treatmentofpatientswithischemicstroke，whichisbeneficialtoreducingnervefunctiodefectandimprovingdilylivingabilityand has a good application prospect in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
