Abstract：ObjectiveTo gaina deperunderstanding thechemical constituentsofBai ethnic medicinal plant“Dao-Gou-Ci" （Rubus delavayi）. Methods The chemical constituents from 95% ethanol extract of Rubus delavayi were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatographywith silicagel，MCI，and Sephadex LH-20 ，and their structures were identified by the comprehensive analysisofphysicochemicalpropertisndspectraldata.ResultsTenmonomericcompoundswereisolatedandpurifidfrotwodifer ent polar fractions of the 95% ethanol extract ofR.delavayiwhole plant，and identified as β -sitosterol acetate（1），stigmast-4-en -3 -one（2），euscaphic acid（3），kaempferol（4），cedaralcohol（5），agrimonolide（6），psoralen（7），dilapiole（8），n-eicosane（9），and1-dotriacontanol（10）.Conclusion Compounds1，2，5，and 8-10 wereisolated fromR.delavayi forthe first time.
