Experience in theDiagnosis and Treatment of Graves Eye Disease in a Patient With Hyperthyroidism 131I after Treatment

Abstract：Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy（TAO），also knownas Graves’ophthalmopathy（GO），isacommonautoimmune diseaseinclcalpracti，hichserouslyectstetreamentandsadardoflifeoftepatintsTepatogsisoftdaociatedophthalmopathy（TAO）isnotyetclear，andthemaintreatmentissymptomatictreatment.Thispapermainly introducethecase report of Graves eye disease in hyperthyroidism patients after 131I treatment，which was characterized by high levels of TRAb，TPOAb，TgAbandiceasdlercels，ndceedgooduratieectthoughintegatedtreamntoftraditioalCineeadst ermedicine.ThisreporprovidesreferenceandideasforclinicaltreatmentofthyroidrelatedeediseasesTexpandteclinicalhistory of thyroid -related eye disease caused by 131I treatment.

甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥（hyperthyroidism）是指甲狀腺持續(xù)合成和分泌過多甲狀腺激素而引起的內(nèi)分泌疾病，其甲狀腺功能特點為血清促甲狀腺激素（thyroidstimulatinghormone，TSH）降低，游離甲狀腺素（free throxine， FT4 ）、游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸（free triiodothyroine， FT3 ）升高，其治療方法包括抗甲狀腺藥物、放射性 131I 治療和甲狀腺切除手術(shù)。（剩余7247字）
