Abstract：Hemorrhoidsareacommonchronicdiseaseinthefieldof proctology，withalingeringcoursethat isoftenaccompanied bypathologicalmanifestationssuchasrectalbleeding，swelling，pain，andmucusleakage.Varicoseveinsintheanalmucosaareits maincharacteristic.Currently，curativesurgeryistheaintreatment，butthesurgicalcostisexpensiveandpostoperativediscomfort suchasleeding，constipation，andanalstenosisoftenoccurs.Theclinical eficacyofethnicminoritymedicineintreatinghemorrhoidsisconfied，withtheadvantagesofhighsafetyandfewadversereactions.tmainlyexertshemostatic，analgesic，andantiinflammatoryfectsthoughantioidantanti-iflammatory，reglationofngiogensis，esistancetodrugesistantbacteria，and inhibitionofthereleaseofpainmediators.Byreviewigtheclnicalandbasicreseachreportsonmooidsinethnicminoitymedicine，summarizigtheinteralandexteraltreatmentmethodswithethniccharacteristicsandthelatestresearchresults，thisstudy provides reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids.
