Study on the Effects Mechanisms Active Substances from Sea Buckthorn ontheActivityInVitroFrogHearts

Abstract：Theactivesubstances seabuckthornhavetheeffectsreducing myocardialcontractility protecting theheart. This articleusesseabuckthornfruitsfromtwosubspeciesthreeproductionareasin China，aswellasaseabuckthorn juice beverage，todetettetsods，lolstoyasieedsspiely；Adeef tivesubstanceontheisolatedfrogheart.Theresultsshowedthattheorderactivesubstancecontentfromhightolowwas：Chinese seabuckthorn（from Lvliang） > Central Asian seabuckthorn（from Ta County） > Central Asian seabuckthorn （from Kashgar City）; The inhibition rates water extract extract on frog heart contractility were 50.4% 77.0% ， 57.7% 74.8%， 53.3% （204號 55.3% ，respectively. The inhibition rate seabuckthorn beverage was 68.2% ， the difference was extremely significant （ P<0 O1）.Afteradingfourtypescardiacreceptorblockers，theefectseabuckthoextractonfrogheartalphabetareeptorssignificantly decreased，while the effect on M receptors Ca2+ channels did not change significantly. This indicates that the active substancesseabuckthorhavethefectreducing myocardialcontractility，whichisrelatedtoalphabetareceptosdoesnot directly act on M receptors Ca2+ channels.

沙棘（HippophaerhamnoidesL.）屬于胡頹子科沙棘屬，別名又叫醋柳果、醋刺柳、酸刺、黑刺、醋柳等，為小灌木或喬木，其莖、葉、花、果、籽均可入藥，具有悠久的藥用歷史，是蒙古族、藏族習(xí)用藥材，曾先后被《月王藥診》《四部醫(yī)典》《晶珠本草》《蒙藥正典》《中華人民共和國藥典》等書記載[1]。（剩余8500字）
