Abstract：Gastricprecancerouslesion（GPL）isapathologicalchange withhighcancerriskinthefieldofdigestivesystem，and timelypreventionandtreatmentcandelayoreven block theoccurenceof gastriccancer.Traditional Chinesemedicine，whichis basednevidence-based treatmentandhastheuniqueadvantagesoflexiblemedication，significanttherapeuticefects，andfewside ffects，hasreceivedwidespreadatentionithefeldofGLtreatmentProfesorXieJingihasbenengagedihetreatentfGPL formanyyearsandhasrichclinicalexperience.Hetinksthat“weaknessofthespleenandstomach，dificulttosmooththeqiisthe rotofitspathogenesis，“stagnationofqiandbloodstasis”isanmportantstageofthediseasedevelopent，andthkeytocacerous transformationis“tecumulationofasisandposon”.TereforeaccordingtothecaracteristisofGLspathogenesis，“beitingqiandremovingbloodstasis”istheprincipleof reatment，alongwithpromotingqandblodcirculation，protectingstoachyin， andtheflexibleuseoflinicalevidence，thecurativeefectofcombining medicineandsyndromeandthetreatmentofbothsyptoms androotcauseswastrulyachieved.TearticleitroduestheclinicalexperienceofProfesorXieJingriintreatingthisdiseasebased onthemethod of“benefitingqiandremoving blood stasis”，in order to beter guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
