DataMiningon theRulesofPrescription intheTreatment ofBronchiectasisin Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions

Abstract：ObjectiveToanalzethecompatibilityofprescriptionsforbronchiectasisintheDictionaryofTraditionalChineseMedicinePrescriptions.Leamingaboutthetreantmentofbronchiectasis.Methods TheprescriptionsforbronchiectasisintheDictionaryof TraditionalChineseMedicinePrescriptionsrecolctedadanalyedbyTraditionalChineseMedicineInheritanceComputingPlatfo （v3.0） .Results Thestudycoected139 Chinese medicine prescriptions，covering197kindsof herbs.The3majorcategoriesare tonifyingdeficiencyherbs，expectorant，antitusiveandantiasthmaticherbs，antipyeticherbs.Accordingtothedrugsocurrence frequencyofhigndlow，thto5drugsarelico，platyodongrandiflom，fritillri，coixsedandbierapricotsdByassociationrules analysis，we got17pairs herbs.Six newprescriptions wereobtained byK-means clustering.Conlution Inancient dynasties，physiciansalwayschosederbsbelongingtolungandsplenchanneltotreatbronchiectasis.Theprescriptionswerebased oneliminating heatanddischarging pus，whilealsorelievingcoughandasthma，promoting bloodcirculationandstopping bleeding， nourishing Yinand promoting fluid production，and strengthening thespleen's function in transportation.

支氣管擴(kuò)張癥（bronchiectasis，BE）簡稱支擴(kuò)，是由下呼吸道感染、免疫功能缺陷、氣道阻塞和反復(fù)誤吸等多種病因?qū)е職獾乐厮芎蜌獾罃U(kuò)張的慢性炎癥性疾病，其臨床表現(xiàn)為慢性咳嗽、大量咳痰和（或）間斷咯血[1]。（剩余3945字）
