Abstract：Coronaryheartdiseaseisoneofthemostcommoncardiovasculardiseases，andisanimportantcauseof heart failure andsudencardiacdeath，althoughthedevelopmentofmodermedicineandinterventionaltherapyhasbroughtmoreopportuntisfor thetreatmentoforonaryartdisease，oweverterearetillanyontraindicatiosandliitatiosilinicaltreatmentidicaltreatmenthastheadvantagesofindividualizationandlessadversereactions，basedonthe“Three－waybalance”theoryofiMedicine，thispaperdiscusestheclinicalexperienceofYiMedicine“YiqiHuoxueTongluoRecipe”inreatingcoronaryhartdisease with stagnation of heart vessels，it has certain significance to the clinical treatmentof coronaryheart disease.
