Abstract：TosummarizeProfesorQiu Genxiang's experienceintreating malnutritioninchildrenfromthespleenandkidneyOn thebasisofQianYisdiscussonofchildren’schanre，ProfesorQiuexpanedthelocationofpediatricmalnuriosydromfromte spleentothespleenandkidney，andjudgedtheprognosisofthevisceratroughdifrentclinicalsymptoms，andsummarizedheetiologyandpathogenesisofmalutritioninthefiveorans.ProfessorQiuproposdthetreatmentofpediatricmalnutrionespciallythe spleenadkidney.Treatmentofthespleenandkidneyisasoprioritized.Ifthekidneyisdfiientbutespleenisnotdeficient，the kidneyshouldbereplenisedfirst；Thekidneysandsplenaredeficient，soreplenishthespleefrst.Self-madeYunpi Bushen Fangusesrefoingandtaspoatioiobinatio，supplemetationiolvigtaspoatioeisteeoffocingaso tation，integatingactivatingspleenadnourishngineyintoone.Itshowsthathetreatmentofpediatricmalutritionfocuseonthe spleen and kidney，and has significant clinical efficacy.One typical case is attached for verification.

瘡證在古代與麻疹、驚風(fēng)、天花并稱為兒科四大要證，是中醫(yī)兒科常見(jiàn)疾病，以小兒形體虛弱羸瘦、飲食異常、大便不調(diào)、面色無(wú)華、毛發(fā)干枯、精神萎靡或煩躁為主要特征[1]，與西醫(yī)學(xué)“維生素營(yíng)養(yǎng)障礙”“微量元素缺乏”“蛋白質(zhì)－能量營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良”等疾病相似。（剩余5619字）
