Abstract：Theconditionof rheumatoidarthritisiseasy torecur，andlong-termtreatment with western drugsmaycause adverse reactionssuchasliverandidneytoxicity，onemarrowsuppressonandgsrointestialdamage，resultinginorpatientcopliane. Using Chinese（Zhuang）medicinetotreatrheumatoidarthrtiscanefectivelyrelievepatients’symptoms，reducediseaseactivity，and minimizethetoxicsideefectsofdrugs.Thearticlesummarizes ProfesorPangYuzhou’sexperienceintreatingrheumatoidarthritis. ProfesorPangYuzhouputforwardthetheoryof“toxicityanddeficiencycausesdisease”，andthetreatmentistodetoxifyandreplenish thedeficiencyandusethethree-dimensionalintegratedtherapyofZhuang medicine，soas toealizethesmothnessof"threchannelsand two paths”，andsynchronize the three qi of heaven，earth，and man，soas to aleviate the disease.

類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎（rheumatoidarthritis，RA）是一種慢性的、進行性的、破壞性、難治性的自身免疫疾病，其基本病理表現(xiàn)是滑膜炎，可導致關(guān)節(jié)軟骨和骨破壞，最終關(guān)節(jié)畸形和功能損傷，并且可導致全身多系統(tǒng)損傷，最終引起殘廢甚至死亡[1]。（剩余6773字）
