Study on the Varietal Authentication and Medication Pattern of the Zang Medicine Baleka

Abstract：ObjectiveBaleka，recordedintheFourMedical Clasic，isoneof thecommonlyusedgrouping drugsintheclinical treatmentof liverandgallladderdiseasesin Zangmedicine，andatpresent，thebaseprincipleofthisdrugisunknownandthlawof compoundingisunclear，sowestudythebaseprincipleandthelawofcompoundingofBaleka.MethodsBasedontheliteratureof Zangmedicine materiamedicaandclinicalstatus，thevarietiesofBalekawereexamined；basedontheliteratureofSmanDpyad Zla BviRgylBoandGsRigZinTigYangTigBaleka-containingforuaswerecollected，andthasociationrulemethodwasaplied toanalyzetherulesofBaleka-containingformulasandhigh-frequencymaintreatmentdiseases.ResultsTheZang medicineBaleka isamulti-basicoriginalmedicine，themainstreamspeciesareAristolochiagrifthiiHook.f.etToms.exDuchartre，inadition AristolochiamoupinensisFranch，AristolochiadebilisSiebetZucc.，SaxifraganigoglanduliferaBalak.，Suertiamusotiianch. areusedassubstitutesintheclinic.Atotalof41Baleka-containngforulaswerecoleedvolvig197hrbs，withafrquency of≥20for24herbs，mainlyheat-removinganddetoxifyingherbssuchasBaleka，GurKum，andTigTa;45diseases wereinvolved， withafrequencyof≥6for12 primarydiseases，mainlyMchinTshadNad，GloTshadNad，andMkhrisNaddiseases；atotalf 28 combinationsofcore herbswereobtained，withGur Kum-Baleka，TigTa-Baleka，andAaAuRa-Balekaasthe mainones.Conclusion BalekaisommonlyusedinZang medicine，itisatypicalsingle-flavoredliver-protecting drug in BiJiPoTiKhaSernd thepolyketide（AristolochiagrffthiiHook．f.etThomsexDuchartre）ThemorphologyandeficacyofBalekaareinaccordance withthemorphologyandeficacyofBalekarecordedintheancient Zang medicinalherbs.BalekaisoftenpairedwithGurKum，Tig Ta，etc.torducetoxicityandprotecttheliveandbenfitheungs，whichprovidesasientificbasisforthesafetyofclincalaication，efficacy research and the development of new drugs.
