Abstract：Frailtyisacommongeriatricsyndromecharacterizedbymultiplesystemsymptoms，causedbythebody’sdecreaseof physiologicalreseeadstressesposebilityItisprocsoftmpoaryopemanentfuctioalecliofthevisrada yofitsclinicalsymptomsarecomprehensivepathologicalmanifestationsoftheweaknessoftevisceraandthedsharmonyofhefive zangorgans.Basedonthetheoryofqitransformationof spleenandstomach，thispaperbelieves thatthespleenandstomachqitransformationshouldcorespond tonatureandharmonize withtheorgans，ifthespleenandstomachqi transformationareimpaired，yin andyang willbeinthewrongorder，andthefiveorgans willbedeficient，resultinginmulti-systempathologiessuchasliverqistag nationpattem，disturbtheheartspirit，lungqiascending，descending，floatingandsinking disharmony，and kidneyessencedeficiencypaternandsoon.Fraltyislocatedinthefivezangorgans，tobalancebetweenyinandyang，thetreatmentshouldbecntered onthesplenandstomachwhileadjusting thefivezang organstostrengthenthespleenandstomachqi，andrecovertheforsofqi movement.

衰弱是與增齡相關(guān)的多臟器生理儲(chǔ)備能力減退的老年綜合征[1]，是機(jī)體應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力及維持自身穩(wěn)態(tài)的能力下降，機(jī)體易損性增加的一種非特異性狀態(tài)[2]，因其涉及骨骼肌、神經(jīng)、內(nèi)分泌、免疫等多系統(tǒng)的病理生理改變[3]，故常表現(xiàn)為錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的多系統(tǒng)病證[4]，常導(dǎo)致一系列負(fù)性臨床事件（跌倒、譫妄、感染、急性疾病、失能、死亡等）。（剩余7007字）
