Multi-dimensional Exploration of Integrity Culture Construction in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

AbstractThe constructionof a clean and honest culture is an important part of universities to implement the fundamental task ofcultivating moralityand talents，and to improve the mechanism of teaching and educating students. However，vocational colleges faceproblems suchaslowatention， weak faculty，single form，and lackofsystem in the constructionofaclean culture inthe new era. Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art has proposed the "3-4-5" model for the construction of cleanand honest grasrots partyorganizations， which aims to setan example in theoreticallearning， integrityand self-discipline，and seeking truth and pragmatism. It also aims to integrate party building with talent cultivation，scientificesearch，socialservices，andtheintegrationofindustryandeducation.Thecollege willimplement five major projects，including strengthening the conceptof cleanand honest thinking，creating amodel organization for cleanand honest goverance，consolidating and promoting a clean and honest work style，strengthening the discipline and rules of clean govermance，andcultivating aclean andhonest cultural atmosphere.By improving top-leveldesign，refining problem lists，optimizing batlefield environments，and deepening practical paths，we aim to achieve high-quality development of a culture of integrity.

1.1落實立德樹人根本任務(wù)的核心使命

新修訂的《中華人民共和國職業(yè)教育法》強調(diào)：“實施職業(yè)教育應(yīng)當弘揚社會主義核心價值觀，對受教育者進行思想政治教育和職業(yè)道德教育，培育勞模精神、勞動精神、工匠精神，傳授科學(xué)文化與專業(yè)知識，培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能，進行職業(yè)指導(dǎo)，全面提高受教育者的素質(zhì)。（剩余4138字）
