AbstractWiththecontinuous deepeningofglobalization，theconstructionindustry，asanimportantpillarofthenational economy， isaccelerating its internationalization process. International talents in vocational construction majorshave become the key to enhancing the international competitiveness of China's construction industry. Starting from the backgrondof international talentcultivation，thisarticleanalyzes theconotationofinternational talents in vocational construction majors，systematically sorts out the problems faced bytheir talent cultivation models，and takes Nantong Vocational University as an example to propose an intemational talent cultivation model and implementation path for construction majors from the aspects oftalent cultivation goals determination，curriculum system construction，teaching resource construction， teacher team building， quality assurance mechanism， etc.

2020年，《教育部等八部門關于加快和擴大新時代教育對外開放的意見》明確指出，著眼加快推進我國教育現(xiàn)代化和培養(yǎng)更具全球競爭力的人才；并提出鼓勵有條件的國內(nèi)職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)攜手參與國際產(chǎn)能合作，著手打造“一帶一路"國際技能大賽等品牌賽事。（剩余4250字）
