自媒體時代高校學生管理工作提升途徑

自媒體給高校學生管理工作帶來了沖擊。文章分析了當前高校學生管理工作中存在的問題，對如何立足于自媒體時代提升學生管理工作水平給出了建議，包括做好自媒體輿情管理機制，打造學生管理自媒體平臺，提升教師的自媒體素養(yǎng)等。希望為有效提升學生管理工作水平提供支持。

Ways to Improve the Management of College Students in the Era of We-media MENG Yanjun

Abstract We-media has brought an impact on the managen'ent of college students. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current college student management， and gives some suggestions on how to improve the level of student management based on the era of we-media， including doinga good job in the public opinion management mechanism of we-media， building a platform for student management cof we-media， and improving teachers' we-media literacy. Hope to provide support for effectively improving the level of student management.
