普通高校“1+N”協(xié)同育人本科生導(dǎo)師制模式探究

摘要 本科生導(dǎo)師制是本科階段人才培養(yǎng)的重要形式,為了進(jìn)一步豐富本科生導(dǎo)師制的研究?jī)?nèi)容,為本科生導(dǎo)師制實(shí)施提供參考,文章分析了實(shí)施本科生導(dǎo)師制的必要性和存在的問題,并在國(guó)內(nèi)外本科生導(dǎo)師制模式研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出普通高?!?+N”協(xié)同育人本科生導(dǎo)師制模式。

Research on the Tutorial System Mode of "1+N" Collaborative Education for Undergraduates in Colleges and Universities GUO Hao

Abstract Undergraduate tutorial system is an important form of talent training at the undergraduate stage. In order to further enrich the research content of undergraduate tutorialsystem and provide reference for the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system, this paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of implementing undergraduate tutorial system, and puts forward the "1+n" collaborativeeducation undergraduate tutorial system model in colleges and universities based on the research of undergraduate tutorial system model at home and abroad.
