食品流通領(lǐng)域體系檢查的現(xiàn)狀與改進路徑探討

摘 要：本文全面概述了體系檢查的背景、發(fā)展歷程，細致梳理了確保檢查工作順利進行的關(guān)鍵要素及檢查工作開展過程中被檢查企業(yè)易出現(xiàn)的問題，并就以后體系檢查工作的開展提出了改進意見。本文為監(jiān)管機構(gòu)提供了執(zhí)行體系檢查的具體指導和改進措施，同時也為食品銷售企業(yè)在風險管理和提升管理水平方面提供了有益的參考。

Discussion on the Current Status and Improvement Paths of System Inspection in the Field of Food Circulation

Abstract： This article comprehensively summarizes the background and development history of system inspections， carefully sorts out the key factors to ensure the smooth progress of inspections and the problems that are prone to occur in the inspected enterprises during the inspection process， and puts forward improvement suggestions for the future development of system inspections. This article provides regulatory agencies with specific guidance and improvement measures for the implementation of system inspections， and also provides a useful reference for food sales companies in terms of risk management and improving management levels.
