食品供應(yīng)鏈管理的成本控制優(yōu)化研究
摘 要:食品行業(yè)對(duì)時(shí)效性與新鮮度要求極高,其供應(yīng)鏈的高效運(yùn)作對(duì)于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及消費(fèi)者滿(mǎn)意度至關(guān)重要。本文闡述食品供應(yīng)鏈管理對(duì)成本控制的影響,分析當(dāng)前食品供應(yīng)鏈管理中成本控制存在的問(wèn)題,并提出基于食品供應(yīng)鏈管理的成本控制優(yōu)化策略,以期為食品企業(yè)提供可行的成本控制優(yōu)化方案。

Research on Cost Control Optimization in Food Supply Chain Management

Abstract: The food industry has extremely high requirements for timeliness and freshness, the efficient operation of the supply chain is critical to product quality and consumer satisfaction. This paper expounds the impact of food supply chain management on cost control, analyzes the existing problems of cost control in current food supply chain management, and puts forward cost control optimization strategies based on food supply chain management, in order to provide feasible cost control optimization schemes for food enterprises.
