糧食與農產品質量管理中的風險識別與控制策略研究
摘 要:糧食與農產品質量管理是保障食品安全的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文針對監(jiān)管協(xié)調不足、技術能力薄弱、風險預警體系滯后等問題,提出構建高效監(jiān)管體制、升級檢測技術、完善評估模型、推動企業(yè)自律和公眾參與的策略,以構建科學高效的質量管理體系,全面提升糧食與農產品安全水平。

Research on Risk Identification and Control Strategies in Grain and Agricultural Product Quality Management

Abstract: The quality management of food and agricultural products is the key link to ensure food safety. In view of the problems such as insufficient supervision coordination, weak technical capability, and lagging risk early warning system, this paper proposes the strategies of building an efficient supervision system, upgrading detection technology, improving evaluation models, promoting enterprise self-discipline and public participation, so as to build a scientific and efficient quality management system and comprehensively improve the safety level of food and agricultural products.
